De ruwe forums hielpen me een. De ruwe Gemeenschap van de Vrijheid is waarschijnlijk best ik vond. They' het re zeer welkom heten en open en echt geinteresseerd in het helpen van ruwe foodists of het streven van ruwe foodists. Het slechtst vond ik de Ruwe Bespreking was van het Voedsel (Alissa Cohen' s forum) omdat zij don' t schijnt om werkelijk om het helpen van ruwe foodists te geven, maar meer die het materiaal Alissa duwt verkoopt in haar online opslag.
Als u google " ruw voedselbericht board" you' ll vondst alle soorten middelen.
Goed geluk. Ik voel groot wanneer I' m ruw eten. :)

You will certainly get some fantastic tips, hints, support and recipes from some lovely, kind, generous and knowledgeable people on the raw forums……….
BUT………. you will also come across some absolutely seriously fanatical raw vegans, who can be completely pompously overbearing know-it-all wankers.
Go at your own pace and don’t get intimidated by the fanatical sector and you will be fine.
Also for extra support, try to find a raw vegan potluck group in your local area.
