Some legitimate accredited “bricks and mortar” universities will allow you to do some of your work online.
My fear is that you will enroll in an online-only place like U of Phoenix or Argosy and end up with a very expensive piece of paper that nobody credible [such as a public school district] will accept as a valid credential for early childhood or anything else.
You haven’t stated where you are writing from, but in the USA alone there are about 400 universities that have an early childhood education program, many of which have some online education courses.
